Refund Policies

Below are our refund policies for content writing services:

  1. Usually, content writing services are non-refundable. Once the order is placed and the writer has started working on it, we cannot issue a refund. However, if there are any issues with the quality of the content delivered, or if the client is not satisfied with it, we will make the necessary changes to ensure that they are happy with the final outcome.
  2. If you place any subscription-based package, you can cancel it anytime you want. We’ll stop billing you from the next billing date. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription after using our services 10 days, we will still write content for you until the end of that month. You will not be charged for the following month.
  3. If you want a refund after cancelling the subscription-based package, we will refund the amount for the non-written articles. Suppose you order a package of 30 articles per month, and after getting 15 articles, you ask for a refund. In this case, we will refund the amount for the 15 non-written articles.
  4. Please note that if we both agree to refund, we will only refund the amount you paid for our content writing services. We will not refund any other costs incurred, such as hosting fees, domain registration fees, migration costs, website maintenance fees, loss of positions in search engine rankings, or any other fees.
